Last night I was driving North on Monaco towards 6th Ave. and I was jolted by a massive pothole. This has happened several times in the last few days on various roads throughout the Metro area. The road damage seems pretty high and I bet it will get worse when all of the concrete-like ice eventually melts on the side streets.
This Spring when we pull our Ducs out regularly we will have to pay more attention to the roads, especially driving at night as the some of the potholes are big enough to 'throw' a motorcycle around. Gonna be a hole new mind-set.

Speer has a couple of winner potholes now as well.
It's gonna be an interesting time once (if) the roads thaw.

Last January I put 400 miles on the Duc. This January? Nothing.

I think I've put about 2 feet on my monster, rolling it in the garage doing various mods/maintainence. Oh wait, it's on a rear stand. 0 actual mileage.

I started the Monster last weekend. Whoopee.

This better melt fast because I've never put a battery tender on, and I don't want to have too...

No pothole, but the gravel on the roads was a bitch.
