I scrapped up my bar end mirrors and bought some spray gloss black to match the original black of the bar ends. Do you think I should call the company of the mirrors or are others doing minor fixes like this?

I will also try to take out the small scratch on my right fork that was the only present of the previous owner with a matching ? silverish paint.

I'm not sure I understand your question, but if you want to know if you can paint the surfaces, yes. Just scuff the surface first.
