I was going to polish another set of rear sets and was wondering if anybody knew a easy way to get the paint off. Normally I have been using the sanding method, but it takes forever and there must be something better.
Also, I wanted to paint a few things on my bike, and since I am cheap, didn't want to send out for powder coating. What are good durable paints besides
Rust-oleum? Thanks for the help ;D

i went to an automotive paint shop and got some paint stripper that is safe for aluminum. works good don't remember $.

if you have a compressor, get a quality automotive base coat clear coat. you can add hardening agents.

You should be able to find a local powdercoater in your area, and get them done for under 30 bucks. Your time is worth far more than that! I had a complete spiral staircase powdercoated for $200!
