695 is a great bike. I was torn between 695 & S2R (I really liked black tank, red frame & black wheels of 695) However, my dealer offered me a great deal on the S2R, basically same price for the two bikes, so I went S2R.
Ps. a 695 passed me the other day and I just almost had buyers remorse.
