If you work on your own bike or would like to know a little more about your bikes, we have something that you may be interested in.

We just received a batch of Desmodue and Desmoquattro Preventative Maintenance, checks and Service guides written by LT Snyder, contributing editor to MCN magazine (and recent member of the DML)

These manuals contain tips and tricks gained from years of experience, the manuals cover all periodic maintenance procedures for Ducati two-valve and four-valve motorcycles from 1991-2002. Detailed pictures and descriptions walk owners through each maintenance procedure. Inset "tips" boxes give insight on important details of Ducati Maintenance, and a resource section is a useful guide for where to find parts and accessories.

Look for the manuals in the "OEM parts, Manuals and Tools section" under Italian bikes on the Motowheels website or follow this link: http://tinyurl.com/z1mu

Re: New 2V and 4V prevetative maintenance manuals

I just received my copy of Ducati Desmodue Preventative Maintenance, Checks and Procedures yesterday. It is loaded with tips and procedures for the Desmodue and it is very well written; actually enjoyable to read. However, keep in mind that this book is an addition to your basic Haynes/factory shop manual and should not replace it. I highly recommend this book to anybody that owns a 2V Duc and does their own maintenance. It was $25 very well spent.

Hi Howie,

It worked for me--but if it does not work for you , please call us at 916.369.2509 on Monday and we will process it the old fashioned way.

When I get back in Monday, I'll set one aside for you. We just got them in on Friday. I took one home to read- It's very good. It has some very good information.
