Hi dadr, and welcome to the board. As long as you are not looking at instruments from a bike from a bike with an immobilizer it can be done, but it won't be plug and play. There are also Ducati Performance units available ( avoid the digital one), Road Racing, and units such as the SPA http://www.spa-uk.co.uk/design/tachometers.asp that allow you to use the original dash as well as other options.
