Picked up a ‘94 M900 about 3 months ago for a steal. 113k miles on it but it had a newer engine 10k miles, Ohlins rear shock & Showa forks so seemed the perfect candidate for a little customization. Here’s the progress so far. Almost done....

Bringing “Valentina” home.

Tank and seat cover going off to paint.

Ditched the old Ducati Perfomance cans for some Marving conicals. Removed the rust from the 30 yr old headers.

New levers to replace the old broken ones. Ducabike pressure plate to replace the hideous old blue one...

Oh, and the Duc Performance rearsets wouldn’t work with the Marving exhaust, so went with a 750ie brake setup with new rearsets on order

Seat fairing back from the paint shop. Tank almost done, just needs the logo to be painted on.

I was able to sand the ratty old fender. A few coats of clear and it’s night and day. Not perfect but damn close.

Should have the tank and headlight bezel back from paint next week. Once those go back on and the rearsets arrive, the bike will be pretty much done!

The brake lever is closer to the foot peg than I thought it would be.
Those rear sets are very nice.

That’s just the pic. The shift rod sits well below the foot peg. No clearance issues.

Installed the headlight bezel I had painted and removed the yellow film. Gonna take the fender in to have painted. I think that will tie it in better.
