Saw a Monster ( dark) going down Rt 1, where it comes into town off RT 1 express in Chester County. Close to Longwood Gardens.
Heading East towards Philly, was it anyone from here?????

I forget which day now, guy had a backpak or messenger bag. Where you from in Philly, I'm from a suburb of southwest philly , close to the airport, Prospect Park.

It could have been me, sometimes I use a messenger bag. I live in Delaware County. I saw your post on the other thread about the carbon canister also.
