I purchased it from Sling Shot Racing for my S4Rs and by the time I got it the bike was already on Ebay so I mounted it to see if it fitted but never used it, just sitting around for over a year in a box. I'm sure it fits other Monsters other than S4R-S but check first. I believe it reuses the stock bolts, 3 out of 5.
