Hi, Does anyone have a low seat 696 for sale

The Ducati 'low seat' is not that low. I have one for sale however I am in Australia. the seat is 20mm lower, but it is wider at the front which negates the lower height, plus it is taller at the pillion end. You would be better of getting 20 mm taken off the std seat.
