Modifying the tail on a S4Rs

I have a S4Rs and want to do something to the tail section. However, I don't want to chop the tail. Are there any alternatives that look half-way cool. Does anyone make a shortened tail that doesn't require cutting? Any suggestions?

Shift Tech has a couple of different Carbon tails

The Shift Tech website only lists one tail kit and it requires an 85 mm tail chop.

Here's a version I did. This is a 1/2 chop, but could easily be done w/o chopping. It's just a bent piece of AL.

Hey, Statler, is that your bike? That looks sweet. I've been thinking of going with the DP tail kit like that, but I haven't pulled the trigger yet. I definitely don't want to chop my frame. They are about $254 in the DP catalog, though. I'm also hoping one will turn up on the Parts For Sale list here.
