I wish they were affordable enough to have one at home. And with the number of errors that comes up with the 749s and 999, Dacati should make these accessable to the public. Even if there was a cheaper version that only had error readings and mixture adjustment cappabilities for your specific bike, that would be nice.
There is, it's called the MDST tool, made by www.technoresearch.com and sold by a few online vendors. It interactes with the weber marelli diagnostic port, same as the mathesis tool.

The Mathesis is a nice tool though and i feel cooler using it than one Aprillia's diagnostic machine which is a Gameboy!!!! (im not kidding) Though Aprillia's other tool, the Axion is far superior to Ducati's Mathesis.
