I find a disconected wire, see picture.
Where is missing that conector?

looks like a ground wire to me. why did you disconnect it in the first place?

the old owner must have done something there

That's a ground strap that runs from the motor to the frame & attaches to one of the footpeg bolts with a back nut. It's not critical to be used but it's a good idea, you can't have too many grounds.
