Easy there buddy. As a former mortician who has picked up my fair share of motorcyclists from the highway, that is not blood nor flesh. It is most likely debris from the road. Trust me. I know what the stuff looks like.

Could be misc bits from a shop rag, maybe he gave it a quick wipe and a few stray threads were left behind? It happens to me sometimes.
