Mine used to get that way.

After it cracked that was no longer an issue. It would dry out fine. lol

remove the instrument panel

bring it inside and keep it warm

put it back on when you are ready to ride

Mine does and its not supposed to the paper face in my tach is starting to lift. The needle jumps around like its sat on an out of blance paint mixer. Oh well [laugh]
