Thanks guys, that reminds me to check the weather channel for possible snow next weekend - just got done mapping out a trip from Tampa to Miami ::)

Sorry, this is the best time of year here in Florida. BTW this is the longest trip I've taken on the Monster and I'll be alone this time: wish me luck.

I moved 180 miles from my home town and you'd swear by my families attitude I moved halfway round the world. I guess your roots keep you in one place for a long time , unless you can get them pulled out of the ground a bit, I pulled mine out a bit when I moved 180 miles, soo maybe I can get them out enough too make the big plunge to Arizona ( or New Mexico)Job security is another thing that keeps you planted a little, as you get older you have to wonder if you'll be able to find work if you make the big move!!

It's still in the 100's in Arizona. It's supposed to cool down to about 92 this weekend. It's almost perfect riding weather. By November it should be in the 80's. DucnHar, you're wasting your time back there with that Duc in the garage! Have to get out to Phoenix now!

Deb,
Tell them how nice the bikes run in the cold. And how nice it is to see the leaves change. 100 degrees, yuck. Give me a nice 65 degree day anytime. Its nice to wear the full leathers without having to peel them off.

AZmnstr, my Duc is only in the garage if it snows.. I ride to work everyday year round. But I do want that 100 degree weather. I can't say I like the Pa. winters, cause I don't. I want to be in Arizona before I die. I love hot weather, the hotter the better.
AZmnstr, what is the price of real estate out there. Some where, south, where there;s NO chance of snow, and in some small town, not to far from a workplace. A little bungalow with a big garage!!
Is unemployment high out there, or are there jobs to get!!??

Re: I'm cursed!!!!  I rode my bike and it sno

It was 80 here (Atlanta) on Tuesday so I just had to put a good 100 miles on the bike, that and I wanted to hit 600 before my thursday service appointment. Probably the last 80 degree day here till spring if Farmers Almanac is right. The past week has been so nice, 70's during the day, 40-50 at night. I'm hoping for more sunny days to ride.
