Well I traded the 900s in on a Tuono and recently realized how much I missed that bike and regret tradin it in-more so than ALMOST sellin the bike to Mark C.

So I have sold the Y2K S3 and am startin to look for a new monster to share the garage with the tuono, V-11 Sport and the Moto Guzzi Titanium

Need comments opinions etc on the 1000?S4?S4R? anyone know what the difference if any is on the 1000 and the 1000S?

I think the "S" on the 1000S stands for "Senna", meaning the 1000S is in the color scheme with gray metalic and red rims. There is nothing else different with the 1000S and the 1000 besides the color.

However, the 03 models were the last of the Senna color Monsters. Don't know what the color for the 04 1000 will be for North American.

Matt - get the S4R. Only because we need a San Diego rider with one of them and I can't afford one :)

I want that black one up at oceanside though i have a feeling im sort of getting "hosed" on the price paul is offerin. I mean I figured that he is offering it to me at $12900- which is $500 below retail
What year is the Oceanside $12,900 s4?

SpecturmMotorsports has an 02 S4 for $12,900. (it's gray with red wheels) If the one Oceanside is newer than 02 it's a steal.
