My Rizoma Class mirrors dont vibrate at all even up to 100mph. I love them and I can actually see with them too.

Are these Rizoma's and Throttlemeisters bar ends?

The Rizomas mount in stock location.

Unless you get the Bar ends ones. they have both styles.

I was just stating what mine were. Rizoma makes plenty of options which you might find applicable to your choice. I would think bar-end mounted mirrors will vibrate more than stock location mounted mirrors. Check www.pjsparts.com for options.
