I'm doing nothing but scrolling through roads on MapQuest looking for ways to link together roads that look twisty on the map.

I don't even have any plan for when the first real ride's gonna be, but I can't help myself!

I'm gonna have to sneak off and put down a ride sometime soon.

I hear that. I have a few routes stored that I periodically ride. I even resort to topo maps for really interesting stuff.

I'm on two wheels today ;D ;D ;D

Oh hell yeah, I'm on two wheels too. First time out was Feb 29 and that was a 100 mi tour of Cape Anne!

Rode in today too and plan to tomorrow.

But I need a REAL ride; twisties, nearly empty roads, at least a few hours and reasonably warm. Soon I hope.

Anybody thinking of MotoMarket tomorrow? (that was a change of subject ;))

I wasn't there very long. Only other NEHMA I saw was Todne.

Bypass was done. It was a kit. She'll have to tell ya who she bought it from.

Attendance was pretty light compared to mid-season, but it was nice to get out and hand around the afflicted for a while.

Anyone got an idea where I can get a free internet mapping program that lets me create routes like this:

I know of some pay mapping programs but I need it free!

I've done this on MapQuest Trip Planner.

It allows only 10 waypoints and you have to work pretty hard to force it to select the route you want, but it works.

I don't think it works. I tried and got this message:
