This seminar will be the third in a series of "How to Fight Your Ticket". Through the series, you will learn the entire legal process from the initial stop, your options once you are cited, the discovery process, how to argue your case, and court presentation.

Part 3 covers specific defenses.

This seminar session will cover:

-Speeding by Radar; calibration of Raday, traffic survey, proper training
-Speeding by Pacing: Distance being paced, affect of LEO 'catching up" with rider or driver, and vehicle calibration.
-Speeding by Airplane: Pilot must show up to court as well as the citing officer and how the plane paces.
-Speeding by Visual/Audio: Visual Estimate, "Sounded" like the suspect was speeding.
