I believe the S4 (2002) has an adjustable headset for trail/rake etc.. How does the adjustment work and how does one measure the results?

Sorry, no adjustment for either.

SBKs are the ones that have adjustable rake, two positions.

every bike is adjustable if you know how to weld >
