No easy way. You'd need to find a shop that's got a brake line machine - they might be able to cut the existing ones and fit a new end.

easy.......measure how long you need em and order them custom from Spiegler or Galfer.

 

[Norm]

Just cut (if crimped on) or unscrew (if aftermarket). You'll need to buy an entire end with banjo, nut & olive, if it's crimpted. If it's screwed on, you'll just need a new olive (unless you feel lucky).
