If the weather is nice we can get a small group for a Weekday ride? i know few people are off from work.

I think South East we can have breakfast at "Riverside cafe" on Industrial, just two block from the Ducati Dallas store and then head out...

What do you think?

I might be up for a ride.

What part of town are you living in now Giannis?

Sounds like a winner to me! Can we make it Friday, Sat, or Sunday though? (Too much going on before then...)

Hey would one or two of you guys be willing to make a trip down to Waco? Since this is my first bike ever I'm not gonna be out on the highway for a month or two, and just wondered if someone would be willing to come take a few parking lot rides with me to help me out and let me know some stuff I'm doing right/wrong. I already took the MSF basic class, but come on...those yamaha eliminators aren't ducati monsters :) I don't wanna take another one of their classes til I get used to my bike. So maybe someone could come down and help me out a lil bit? I'd be willing to buy lunch or somethin.

Too far out for me to tell right now. Checked weather.com and it looks pretty normal for this time of year, but 10 day forecasts are "iffy" at best. Certainly won't be like the Hico ride. I'll keep my eyes, ears and options open.

Well, as much as I'd like to cruise down there and help you out, I live a few miles south of Denton so I think a round trip to Waco in one day is just a bit far, sorry to say :-X

James, got the 999 back up and running? How did the e-bay fairing deal go for you? Never bought anything via e-bay and was just curious.

Yeah, how's that goin, bud? Hope Big Red will be back on line soon; this crazy-great weather we're having CAN'T last forever...

It looks like I am out Saturday and Sunday and possibly Friday. If we pull the picture taking thing together for either Wednesday or Thursday then I am up for a ride on the other one of those days. Maybe a casino run to Durant or Hugo.

After looking at the weather on several sites I see nothing good. Of course it is Texas weather and could change in a heart beat but next weekend looks real "iffy". I don't do well on rides at 50 degrees and under, I've done my share... I've earned the right to wave off. But I'll still keep an eye out for the good stuff!

It looks fantastic! Looks like this is going to be the last day to get a nice ride in for a stretch, too bad I have to work :(
