Help with Recall (?) Inquiry

897 Views 4 Replies 3 Participants Last post by  22080
At the bottom of a parts box I received with my '98 M750, I came across an unused handlebar. Still in its original, unopened Ducati packaging, labels indicate a date of 6/2001 and have "recall" printed among an ordering number and other various data.

I have searched this site and others for information of a recall of this nature and could find none.

Does anyone recall this recall? And if so, should it be something of a concern that demands I swap bars? The prior owner has no recollection of the extra part, having had the bike for a short time.

Please advise. Thanks.

Cheers.
