help! Ducati Monster 620 immobilizer missing and no switch on/off

Hello everyone i have ducati monster 620 its immobilizer and ignition on/off switch is missing i dont know where it is now i have turned on the bike directly but it doesn't crank when pressing self start button.
Need help!!!!
