I am thinking about getting some Monster parts powdercoated semi-gloss black. Would anyone be interested in grouping some parts up to reduce costs? I am going to have 3 to 5 pieces to get done. Not a definate, just throwing out the feelers.
i'm still considering getting the stock rearsets powdercoated the same satin black as my spring. where were you thinking of taking the pieces? powdercoating technologies?
yeah, it is plastic. I didnt know they had to go in AN OVEN. That woulda sucked. Maybe I'll just get one of those metal ones- or spray paint it..... I'm not ripping the bike apart like you guys. Depending on cost, maybe the rear sets... 40 days until I can ride year-round now...
Minimum cost from what I remember is $40 for just powdercoating, no paint stripping or sandblasting. A grouping like what we are looking at currently would be in the $80 range I am guessing.
LOKI, we can machine out the recessed gooves in your sprocket cover if you want a modified look for your sprocket cover
