Had a great experience with an on-line retailer I wanted to share.

My wife ordered some stuff from Helmetharbor A jacket for herself and some birthday presents for yours truly. There was a snafu with the credit card and she was told to contact them. It was corrected right away but my wife was concerned that the order was delayed and would not arrive by Tuesday (my birthday). The customer service rep. told her that if she paid $9 for expedited shipping it could arrive on time. My wife declined.

A little while later the rep. called my wife back and told her that she had arranged to have the stuff drop-shipped from Tennessee and that it would arrive by Tuesday. No extra charge. Even her new jacket.

Just wanted to share this story. I

I have yet to experience an online purchase (and I'm a frequent online buyer) without a foul. Always something happens... be it wrong model, color, size, charge... you name it.
To me, a store deserves props only if there is no issue after the purchase.
That said, it's good to know that helmetharbour at least is quick to clean up.

Never dealt with Helmet Harbor, but I bought from MAW Online and can vouch for them.
