Someone said they used grammets (spelling?) to fill the mirror holes.

grommets... just flip the brackets over upside-down

Thought about doing that too. They have some "chrome-looking grammetts I like though.

those are 10 mm .... on my S4R one is RH and one is LH.
i purchased some rizoma plugs from a place called
'motorcyclebillet.com' but haven't received them
yet. about $6 each plus some shipping.

here are some pluggs for the mirror holes...
A little bit more expensive than most, but nice.

I think these would do the job.

I had to clean out my threads, so I have the size: it is a 10x1.25 diameterXpitch.

Lotsa bolts in the kit that size, or cut one down and clean the threads with a die.

If you want a cheap fix just flip it. Looks better too IMO

just flip them, i wouldnt bother buying those DP mirror screws as they arent sold as a pair, so they are only sold in one thread direction not one of each direction which you would require. silly they did that.

You can buy a replacement U-bolt bracket at the Ducati shop from a different style Ducati. They cost about 5 bucks each. I think you can see them in this picture.
