my bike ('94/'97 M944) is geared to a 14t front & 37t rear....what are your thoughts on this setup? thanks

I know that stock rear should be 38t...unsure bout the front......

I like a 15/41 with that combo, but there are plenty of other equally good choices. The 15 gives you a little more swingarm clearence & lets you raise the back orfthe bike more.

Yeah, I'm running 15/40 which isn't quite as steep, but seems to be perfect for nearly any type of riding (in town/highway).

I run that on a 900 and like it a lot.

Stock gearing for the 1997 M900 was 15/39. I liked mine a lot better with 15/41, which is also what I run on my 888, which was originally 15/37 (way too high).
