I was just wondering what the milage should before a 03 620 and how many miles can I go when the gas light comes on.

I have the 02 620. The light comes on with about a gallon left, give or take...I generally get to the 130-150 mile mark before I fill it up.

oh, and I get just over 50mpg, with several mods: pipes, air filter, flywheel, front sprocket, plug wires. About half my riding is stop-and-go

I have a 03 620 dark. My light comes on at about 80-90 miles from when I fill up. I had another 03 620 dark a couple of months ago (i crashed it) and it did the same thing. What's going on? I don't do any kind of wierd commuting or get stuck in traffic? Why is everybody getting 150 before there light comes on?

I guess I'm on the lucky side then . just did the figure and I went 156 miles before the light came on. The first time riding as a commuter bike and was just wondering what the milage was.

'02 620 - about 150 miles when the lights come on.

For those that don't get as high mileage, do you fill it all the way? I used to stop filling the moment gas gets close/touches the bottom rim of the filler cap area ... but there is more room in the tank to go. Be careful not to overfill, but you may not be "filling up".
