Sean and I have the 2 valve version of this on our Monsters.
The system makes better across the power band, tucks in close, sounds and looks good.

Am I wrong in assuming I would need a PCIII?

with the oversized headers and less restrictive design, you'll definately need to tune your fuel injection more than just playing with the CO and TPS of the stock ECU a PCIII's they way to go.
as for the system, i can attest to it's quality on an s4 as well. not on my own bike, but a buddy's got it and it's definately worth the $$$ if you can afford it.
