·My stock '00 m900 non-adjustable showa forks have lost all their damping......if you take the damper tube in a jug of oil, and stroke the piston rod several times oil starts to seep up and out past the bushing on top?
All the shims have been checked for debris and put back together twice, rebound and compression side....the plastic spring guides appear to be fine and unbroken....the only thing changed was adding a small amount of compression to the stack.
So it seems somehow the rebound is stuck open or the compression stuck closed?
Anyone have any ideas?
