if the bike doesn't idle smoothly, or it rides rough, then there's merrit to adjusting the throttlebodies.
if it DOES idle smoothly and rides nicely (good throttle response, etc...), then there's no t'body adjustment needed and you can changethe oil yourself for about $20. re-torque? does that mean he's gonna make sure nothing falls off the bike? heck... you may's well spend the $60 for the service manual, and go over the torque specs and do it yourself. $300's a lot of scratch for an oilchange!
