After much wailing and gnashing of teeth I got those high mounts put on. At least the airbox and ECU were a piece of cake.

But after firing that bitch up, the pain of my stubbed fingers and achey back melted away and the SO's admonitions for dropping substantial coin on "a couple pipes that my plumber dad could have made" faded to a dull drone.

NOW this bike is ready. It came to me incomplete. I could not believe how much the stock pipes weighed when I took the first one off. And the sound of the stock pipes, so... polite. Now the bike practically sings to my inner hooligan. I can hear him whispering "those two cages in front of you are going 30 in a 35 just to miff you... just shoot between them, you got the space"

Matt C. was right, after riding the bike for two minutes the money and hassle involved is a complete non-issue. I was considering some other brands (arrow, remus) but went with the termis since they had the whole kit and I wouldn't feel like I hadn't spent enough cash on them.

I can see now why the tail chop is so popular... that will be next then I will be done modding this puppy for a good long time.

14T first.
What about a slick looking aftermarket slave cyl?

And wave rotors?

And lighter wheels?

And billet crankcase inspection cover?

(I could keep going for hours)

There are sooo many small (and not so small) things yet to be discovered.

I thought I had my list complete. I was wrong

Sweet looking ride.

Wheres the best place to find these>?
MotoWheels carries ABM Front & Rear Wave Rotors for Ducati

and

OnCycles carries ALTH wave rotors as well.
[thumbsup]
go set off some car alarms!
That looks awesome....

Good choice dude!!!

The carbon pipes do look great.

They'd be well accented by some carbon belt covers! >:D
oh yeah and some frame sliders.... then I'm done!

just how far can you bling a 620 anyway? not that I would personally investigate that particular philosophical exercise ;D

thanks for all the compliments, it makes me feel better about not spending the money on a one-night bender at the local titty bar instead, which was initially my first choice...
cheapest mod of all = hide all the wiring and get rid of the zip ties

just takes time [thumbsup]
ORRR...better yet, trade up to the S4rs, they hid the wires for you!(most expensive mod yet!!!!) [laugh] [laugh]
