I am new to Ducati's, I thought all new Duc's came with Red keys and ignition cards? If only one owner, why no Red Key?

Thanks Justin

I bought the bike from the bank and it was a bank repo. I only got 1 key with the bike.
Im guessing the pwner kept the red key for memories or who knows why Maybe he lost it.

The bike has a Clean title, no leans, no scratches, no damage anywhere.

With out the red key you cannot unlock the immobilizer. If the immobilizer ever gets set then you will have to replace the ecu and the cluster. That will cost 1000 or maybe even up to 2000. Its not worth it unless you get a really good deal. The red key is a must. Not to mention being a repo there is no way of checking the service unless you do all the leg work your self which could be a pain in the ass. Its a nice bike let me add that so I dont sound like im just knocking this thread. Thats just my opinion and I mean no harm just trying to shed a little light on this.
