I thought I was going to buy a 1098 but a friend of a fiend of a dealers friend found this for me.

It looks like he is going to come down in price to make it a deal I can't refuse.

I havent seen it in person and havent been for a ride yet. planning on testing her out this weekend and if all goes well The dealer said I can keep it in his show room until spring.

Its been a track bike for the last year and well looked after (so they say) they re not really going to tell me " oh yea we beat the **** out of this thing every opportunity we get" are they?

Looks like a hell of a ride. Now when the kids ask for it, you have no excuse not to give them a wheelie.

Oh, and I'm not going to tell you about the last guy who called me Eli.

I will though

his name was Kevin and he was an epilady salesman

had two kids

with different wives

was slightly balding but with a good build

kinda like colledge football player that got a desk job

although he stood 6'4" he liked small domestic cars

and had a small dog named jesse

He lived in a nice 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath on the upper west side

clearly living outside his means but at a glance appeared succesfull

had a small knack for fixing things untill the incident

now he has little use of his hands

if you play etta james real softly you might see him smile

but other than that he is pretty much vegitative now

poor lad

Hey GB!
How is life in the rest of the world???

So, not to be a ****, but I don't think that the bike in the picture is a 999s.
"S" models should have Ohlins suspension. That bike looks just like the '03 999 that I raced last year, even the same wheels (except for all of the pimpy carbon on it). Anyways don't pay an "S" price if it is not...
