Last bike (M750) had 207's then the 208's and no noticable difference between the two.
Current bike (S4) came with Metezler M1's - not real happy with them, after about half warn, harder to warm up, not as predicable, harder ride. Have 208's now (about 1000km old) and much happier.
Would have liked to have the old 207RR on the front though, have not heard a bad work about that particular tyre.
Mind you, tyres are like bike colours, it's all up to what you like!
