I just bought my Monster about 3 weeks ago and my dealer was telling me that the 600 mile service and 6000(?) mile service were covered by Ducati. He said that they should be mailing me some vouchers that I can use to pay for those services at any shop that works on Ducatis. Has anyone else gotten these vouchers, and if so, how long did it take to get them in the mail?

I'm at about 400 miles and I'm not riding it as much as I want to because I'm waiting for the vouchers.

I recieved my vouchers within a week. The bike had 370 miles on her when I picked her up and I had my 600 mile service, voucher in hand one week later.

I have had my monster for a few months now and haven't received my vouchers yet. I took my bike to the dealer where I bought it for the 600 mi service. I explained to them that I haven't received my vouchers yet. They said no problem, just drop off the voucher whenever it showed up.

I had to wait almost 1 month to get my vouchers, make sure that you check the expiration date on the vouchers, my vouchers came with expired dates on them, and had to send them back to get the right ones. also, I was surprised to see that the 6000 mile voucher expires in one year, I won't put 6000 miles on in the first year, but they said that was the deal, so I guess I'll get the 6000 mile service at 4000 or 5000 instead (if I can).

how long has this promotion been going on. i thought it was valid from summer last year? i never got any vouchers for my bike which i bought in sept of 2002. maybe my dealer didnt send the paperwork in?

I got my vouchers (600 mile and 6000 mile) in my 'packet' when I bought the bike ('02 620) a couple of months ago.

Gotta use them in the first year though... and I'm at 2k miles right now..

10,000 miles? didn't know that existed. Does that also have to be redeemed in the first year? that's a lot of riding...

I bought my 02 Monster 750 in July of 02 & got all 3 services. I just thought it was standard. I didn't know it was special.

hmm... seems that Ducatz got his vouchers and i have the same bike and model year. only difference is i bought mine a few months after he did.

ill contact DNA and find out what they have to say.

Got my vouchers in the mail today. It came with a 600 and 6000 mileage certificate that I can use at any "authorized Ducati dealership". They both expire in 1 year.

When I bought my bike, my dealer never even told me about the vouchers. Then I saw a post on this message board from several weeks back about them, so I called my dealer and he said they should be on the way.

Good luck to those who didn't get their vouchers. I would try and contact your dealer to see if they sent in the paperwork.

I've had my S4 for about 5 weeks and I just received the vouchers in the mail yesterday.

I got my 03 m1000sie in late june. No vouchers here. Although my dealer did cover the first service .(except for the oil & filter, 25 bucks). I'd rather pay for ducati service than own another bike.

bought mine on 8-30-03, got the vouchers for 600 and 6000 mile service today...
I did send a friendly reminder to my salesman as he never mentioned it when I bought the bike

I e-mail DMA and guess what, JACK CRAP! Nada, zip, zilch, nuthin, cero, big fat goose egg. Thay have basically ignored my e-mail asking them what was going on with the vouchers. I guess that tells me where I stand in their eyes. I mean hell, they already have my money.
