I am trying to install DPM rearsets I got used wo/ instructions . I am trying to figure out if it requires a return spring. Looks like there is no place to transfer the existing one - no mounting tabs or nothin'.
I noticed I will lose the rear brake light switch. Will I have to live without a return spring? do I have any options?

I just installed a set of Rosmoto rearsets. They, too, have no provisions for a return spring (since they're classified as "race" rearsets). They say the pressure in the system will return the pedal to normal. Since I rarely use the rear brakes (only for panic stops), I'm not much worried about it.

You probably do have a provision for a switch. Most online shops (motowheels, motostrano, cyclewerks) carry them.
