I haven't heard much about them in terms of their service. I'd be a bit scared ONLY because they are a superstore with all sorts of brands. I'd MUCH rather take my bike to a ducati only shop. I hear good things about OCEANSIDE, but I'm not sure where they are. I'd also assume that Pro-Italia is a good bet. But like you I live closest to DelAlmo....perhps someone will let us BOTH know where to take our bikes.

Anything wrong with your bike??

i just found a severe cut in my rear tire last night after my ride home from work and don't want to risk riding it somewhere else farther to have a new tire mounted. plus they can do it on saturday. i just couldn't find any posts about their service. we shall see i guess...

I agree with fleedatz, a tire should be no problem.

If they botch the R&R on that, let us know.

eveything went good at del amo...

just got back from del amo and i can't say anything bad about it. i rolled the dice and had them do a level 2 service. i needed an oil change anyways. i just wanted someone to check the bike out because the previous owner hadn't had it in since the 600 mile service. they replaced the plugs, topped off all the fluids, checked over all the nuts and bolts, and mounted my new rear tire and everything was good. no problems and no crazy suprises. they even gave me a 10% discount on the bill.

as far as i could tell they had one mechanic that was strickly working on the ducs. there were quite a few there. don't know if this helps but overall i don't have any complaints. the guys were cool and nice and i was out of there in a little over 2 hours.
