OK got the clip -ons and the spacer kit.. but what the heck is the extra black piece and the two screws for... I cant seem to find where it lines up with anything...Anybody with experience?

on my bike the little black piece with the 4 holes is for the choke assembly.. it attaches to the MC and with the spacer installed, the holes move.

Must be something I don't need because my fast idle lever is attached elsewhere...think they'll give me $5 off if I mail them back? ;D
