Every year, downtown Geneva has a Cruise Night in July that draws a
lot of cars and bikes. This year, My friend John and I would like to
invite you guys to attend this event. James, the owner of Microclimate
on Linden Street has talked to the city of Geneva about reserving the
space in front of his bar for Ducati's only and having Linden Street
for bikes in general. Its still being confirmed at this moment, but
they are very receptive.
From what i know right now, its $15 to enter the event and there is
typically a T-shirt included. I believe we can register in person or
pre-register online at some point. I will certainly keep everyone
posted when I find out. We may even try to get special "ducati" shirts
made for the event (TBD) instead of having to purchase their cruise night shirts.
As of now, we're just looking to get a head count of who may be
interested. We may be able to get a group discount if we get enough
people up front. Let all of your other ducati friends know! And of
course, all bikes are welcome to the event! But we will have a
dedicated space for the Duc's.
If its a bit of a drive for anyone, we're thinking about renting a
block of rooms at a local motel/hotel that night in Geneva and then
head out for a group ride somewhere through the Finger Lakes the
following day. Weather pending of course.
If you have any questions, just let me know.
