so I installed clip-ons yesterday and to mount the cluth had to momentarily losen the banjo bolt

and twist it a little and tighten it back up.

it leaked probably 5 drops of fluid.

so my question is do I need to bleed the clutch?

it feels exactly the same as before

you should....

also watch for more leaks as there is a crush washer in there

If you got any air into the line, chances are you're not going to be able to manually pump it from the MC to the bleed on the slave. If you turn the bars all the way right and ziptie the lever to the grip, any air that got in should find it's way out over night. If the lever feels the same, I wouldn't be too concerned, but I agree that you should watch for leaks.

I've done the same several times and have never had to bleed the clutch. I think I've put about 8,600 miles on since I last cracked the banjos. No problems.
