Finally got my 98 M900 ready to ride for the summer. Thanks for the advice from this forum. New handlebars, timing belts, checked the valve clearances, smogerectomy, removed passenger pegs, trimmed the carbon fiber, removed the side covers, swapped the mufflers and installed the windscreen. Still needs a rear tire and overall cleaning, especially the ex. headers. Fun bike to work on and fun bike to ride! Why did I wait so long to get a Ducati? :)

Did you chop down the original footrest/exhaust bracket?
Yes, I didn't like the looks of the huge passenger hangers and didn't need them so I got the hacksaw out. Not quite Rizomas but will do for now.

I'm Just waiting for a couple of clamps to arrive and I'll be throwing ST2 rear sets on mine.
I wanted something tidyer for the exhaust hangers.
I'll put pics up when I do it.
