Years ago I met a guy with a chrome 3/4 helmet (open face but covered the ears) - it was extraordinarily heavy! Can't tell from the photo if that is paint or not but if it is "real" chrome you would need a strong neck.

That seems like it would cause more injury than protect you in a fall :-\

[laugh] It's NOT a metal helmet. Its chrome "paint."

Yep, you'd better be really careful with how you handle it.

Any little scratches and it'd look like crap.

(Not that it doesn't look like crap to start with.)
