the plastic piece that hooks under the handle bars cracked on mine,...any suggestions on where to find aftermarket part?

You can put on a new style, left-bar mount unit and do away with the triple-mounted unit. Should be about $30 at your dealer. I did, very easy.

I picked up one of the new thumb levers from a list member, but haven't swapped the old one out yet.

I think Scott Nelson may still have one of the thumb levers for cheap if you want to convert also.

It's a straight swap to change to the thumb lever style.

Thanx for the input, think i want to stay with the original setup, but may consider the thumb mod.

I have a choke lever from the handlebar of a 1997 M900. You can have it for the cost of shipping it.

I have a bunch of other little odds and ends like that too, which I'm going to catalog and photograph Real Soon Now. Since I've already hit my goal sales from parting out the Monster, I'm willing to let the remaining odds and ends go real cheap (except to Canada and Hawaii). 8)
