I had it on 2000 M900, also fits my S4R, so I think fits 1999- 2006 monsters,

were are you located? and should that fit a 2007 monster 695?

I am located in Canada, but international USPS shipping has worked well for me throughout North America. Fit on a 695, I'm not sure but it did fit 2007 S2R. YOu'll have to confirm with your own sources to be sure.
