so i put an 800 in my 620 and the new motor came with everything i need except the cam belts. i tried lining up the cams at what i though were the correct markings but i guess i was wrong. Do i need to take the cylinder heads off and get the crank at TDC to set it up properly (i could do that but don't want to) or is there an easier way to do this that doesn't involve disassembling the motor?

There are marks for each cam pulley and the crank pulley. Turn the motor to approx TDC and line up each pulley with the mark on the case (or cover) and adjust tension.

Hey thanks for the reply even though this was not a good question. For some reason I was thinking I was going to bend valves when I turned over, but I went out for a drink and thought about it and then came home and figured it out. Got it set up now :)
