Tom - is your bike back in one piece?
Hey Mark,
More or less. Oceanside is so busy (and short handed), I Amtraked down there with some tools and rode the baby home. They had most of the parts in, so I put on what I needed to ride home, and picked up the rest later. It's going to work out fine. As part of the "restoration", I now have CycleCat clip-ons, a mag front wheel, and 998r rotors (to match my 4 pad calipers). And since
I'm now doing the work, I'll have some cash left over for the "955" fund.
But the bike is complete, and very ridable. I'm just waiting on some "Foggy" decals, and other cosmetics to finish it off.
How you doing? Let's do a end-of-summer Monster Palomar ride?
