What do you think are the best roads in New England?

Hmm, when I lived in VT (but didn't have a bike), I used to love Route 100-twisties, rolling hills, waterfalls, quaint country stores. In the area I live now (Waltham), I did a ride through the Townsend State Forest-maybe 119. That was a real nice road too. Tiverton Rhode Island has some great cruisin roads too. It's pretty rural that way so basically you can't go wrong.

This is a great idea, I would love to see what others are riding in New England! Be a great addition to the site too maybe a regional ride guide with maps and suggestions for food and gas.

Your right, if we can keep this thread going we might be able to put something together.

Well here is my contribution. Rt 62 East To 127 North is a great tour through the costal towns of the North Shore. 127 is one of my favorite roads. It wraps around the towns of Rockport and Gloucester.
